Good Day Couples 30 second spot

New commercials show why It's a Good Day in our destination

Don’t we all want good? We certainly do and that’s part of the humor from one of our two new TV spots posted above this column.

The VCB is excited to let you know that we have launched this commercial targeting couples and another targeting families (see link at the end of this column) as part of our “It’s a Good Day” marketing campaign in the following cities:

  • Florida: Jacksonville, Miami, Orlando, Tampa and West Palm Beach
  • Primary markets: Boston, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Detroit, Grand Rapids, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, Minneapolis and New York
  • Secondary markets: Buffalo, Columbus, Flint, Fort Wayne, Green Bay, Philadelphia, Portland, South Bend, St. Louis and Toledo
  • Tertiary markets: Albany, Atlanta, Dayton, Hartford, Lansing, Louisville, Madison, Peoria, Pittsburgh and Rochester

If you’d like to take a deep dive and get a better understanding of our approach, here is a link to our Sales & Marketing Plan.

And more good news – the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA) recently reported that leisure travelers will continue to drive recovery in 2022. AHLA calls 2022 the year of the “new” traveler and says bleisure travel – blending business and leisure travel – has exploded during the pandemic, representing a profound shift in consumers’ attitudes and behaviors related to travel.

Read more about this in AHLA’s 2022 State of the Hotel Industry Report.

We know everyone is busy this season, so have a great February and don't hesitate to let your friends at the VCB know how we can help you.
