Step Into 2026 With Fresh Air, Fresh Ideas, and a Destination Built for Meetings |
As you finalize your 2026 programs, Fort Myers - Islands, Beaches and Neighborhoods offers something increasingly rare: a destination that supports productive meetings without distractions, while giving attendees space to recharge and reconnect.
With calm waterways, flexible meeting venues, and walkable neighborhoods, Fort Myers makes it easier to design agendas that flow, reduce burnout, and keep attendees engaged. Our sales team, local partners, and planning tools are built to simplify logistics, shorten decision timelines, and help your event deliver real impact, not just attendance.
Whether you’re coordinating an executive retreat, a mid-size conference, or a team-building program, Fort Myers is designed to work as hard as you do and elevate the overall impact of your event.

We value your business, treasure our friendships, and hope you choose the islands, beaches and neighborhoods of Fort Myers for your next conference. |

New nonstop service into Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) continues to improve group access from the Midwest, supporting easier attendance and stronger pickup for regional meetings. Allegiant has added nonstop flights between Fort Myers and Appleton, Wisconsin (ATW) and Des Moines, Iowa (DSM). All three nonstop flights are new markets for RSW and will operate twice weekly. The addition of Allegiant puts the list of airlines serving RSW at 16.

The newly opened Beach House Restaurant at South Seas offers an exceptional off-site option for group receptions, private dinners, and full buyouts. With unobstructed views of Sunset Beach and a seamless indoor-outdoor layout, the space creates a natural setting for networking, celebration, and memorable group experiences. Gulf-inspired cuisine and sunset backdrops make it an ideal choice for welcome receptions or closing night events that elevate the overall experience.

Fort Myers is proud to be the first Florida destination to partner with Kind Traveler, giving meeting planners an easy way to integrate corporate social responsibility into their programs. Through this initiative, group bookings can support local causes focused on wildlife conservation, beach preservation, and community resilience, without adding complexity to the planning process. It’s a simple way to align meetings with company values while delivering a meaningful destination experience for attendees.
