Update your business listing on VisitFortMyers.com

If your business is open and you'd like to be featured on VisitFortMyers.com consumer website, please follow the steps below to update your business listing to ensure the information is correct.

• Access the industry portal here. Questions about your account or credentials? Please contact Bryelle at bbenzing@leegov.com.
• Listings associated with your account will appear under All Content
• Once you've identified the listing you'd like to review and update, select Edit under Operations.
• Review each tab (business content, contact info, social media, photos, hours of operations, etc) to ensure current accuracy and make any desired revisions.  
• Once complete, select Needs Review from the status dropdown and click Save at the bottom of the page. This will notify a website administrator that your listing is ready for review to be published.

Relief fund update

Assessment forms for relief fund assistance through the United Way are currently not available while existing submissions are being processed. For More United Way resources, please call 211 or 239-433-3900.

Local events listing returns to VisitFortMyers.com

Remembering John Naylor, 76

John Naylor, a champion for tourism and amateur sports for three decades in Lee County, passed away Nov. 28. His last 8 years focused on City of Palms Classic Basketball Tournament, showcasing the best high school basketball players in the nation.

The VCB awarded him with the Junonia Award at the 4th Annual Chrysalis Awards in 2013. The award is presented to a key contributor to the tourism and hospitality industry. 

More destination commercials from Fort Myers Tip-Off on FS1

Here's a look at some of the destination commercials that were shown during the 2022 Rocket Mortgage Fort Myers Tip-Off and Elevance Health Women's Fort Myers Tip-Off. Select games were televised nationally on Fox Sports 1 (FS1). The tournaments took place Nov. 21-23 and 25-27 at Florida SouthWestern State College.
