Important announcements

The current LeeCARES Individual/Family Assistance and Business Rehire programs will close Sept.18. All documents must be submitted by Sept. 18, 2020.  
Another round of distribution of LeeCARES Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is planned for businesses and residents.

The business distribution sites, which will operate from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., weather permitting on their set dates, are:
• Sept. 15 to 18 at Veterans Park, 55 Homestead Road South, Lehigh Acres
• Sept. 22 to 24 at North Fort Myers Recreation Center, 2000 North Recreation Park Way
• Sept. 28 to 30 at Estero Recreation Center, 9200 Corkscrew Palms Blvd.

No advance registration is necessary. The person representing the business will be asked for the business name, address and EIN number (Employer Identification Number). Only businesses with Lee County addresses will be eligible to receive PPE.

Distribution sites for the general public, which will be coordinated with nonprofit partners, will be announced soon.

PopStroke is a golf entertainment venue that features two 18-hole putting courses, designed by Tiger Woods and his TGR Design Team. The facilities also include outdoor dining with a full menu, a variety of craft beer and other alcoholic beverages, ice cream, outdoor games and a kids playground.
