Friends of Lovers Key raised $290,000 Beauty & The Beach Gala on Feb. 24. Funding will support extensive repairs and rebuilding of
Hurricane Ian destruction and stabilize and protect the native plants, animals, and ecosystems of Lovers Key State Park. In addition, it will support scholarships for children impacted by Hurricane Ian to attend educational summer camps at the park.
