MK Architecture was awarded the architectural design for the reconstruction of the Tiki on the Beach Hotel on Fort Myers Beach, which was destroyed by Hurricane Ian.

The project includes a new 12-unit, multistory hotel over parking at 4360 Estero Blvd. Negotiations with the Town of Fort Myers Beach are continuing as to the extent of the new rebuild.

Construction is expected to begin during 2024.
