It is that time again to begin the process of creating our Guests First training schedule! Thank you for expressing an interest in being a host. Below you will see the benefits and requirements for hosting the Guest First Program. If you are interested, please let us know by Monday, April 10th.

Once signed up to host the Guests First team will reach out with the next steps. 

New to Guests First?

• It is a free customer service training program for you, your team, and fellow hospitality partners offered through the Lee County Visitor and Convention Bureau (VCB)
• Upon completion of all courses, eligible participants can become Certified Guest Service Professionals (CGSP), an internationally recognized designation through the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI)

• 5 seats are reserved for your employees
• Your place of business will be showcased to session participants
• Networking and partnership opportunities
• VCB social media and marketing provided exposure

Requirements of a Host Location:

• Full day (8am – 5pm) of meeting space (2 sessions per day, 2.5 hours each)
• U-shaped seating for up to 30 people (Guests First Team will verify number of participants prior)
• A/V set-up for a PowerPoint presentation to include: screen, projector, and sound
• Wi-Fi access
• Light snacks/refreshments for both morning and afternoon sessions
