The early morning sun hid behind the mangroves in San Carlos Bay, casting rose-colored shadows on the small, two-person mullet boat. The year was 1991.
That morning, the boat held three people:Bobby Jamieson and two of his young children, Robby and Chanda, who were decked out in rubber overalls and life jackets. They're a family of fishermen, and on this day they hauled in trap after trap of stone crabs.
