STR Report for the week of May 31-June 6
Occupancy: 33.6%, down 45.6%
Average Daily Rate (ADR): $110.75, down 10.6%
RevPAR: $37.18, down 51.3%
While the occupancy dipped a bit this week, it is nice to see that ADR is only about 11% lower than normal. And, while those to the north did a bit better, the differences are much smaller than we’ve seen the past few weeks.
